One pack weights can be adjusted from 1.1 lbs to 3.5 lbs and one pair weights from 2.2 lbs to 7 lbs by adding or removing the weights pockets. Extended length velcro(about 11.6inch), specially-designed D-ring withstands pulling and holds the strap in place and anti-slip.
