The ankle weights come in pair, 5 removable sand pockets for each pack ankle weights. Each pocket weights 0.6 lbs. One pack weights can be adjusted from 1.1 lbs to 3.5 lbs and one pair weights from 2.2 lbs to 7 lbs by adding or removing the weights pockets. Extended length velcro(about 11.6inch), specially-designed D-ring withstands pulling and holds the strap in place and anti-slip.
